Refund & Return Policy

Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return Contact us at support@catmotive.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing parts not caused by our error are not eligible for a return.
